I first met Sam at a very difficult time in my life, my confidence had never been lower and finding the positives in myself was the biggest challenge for myself. Having the shoot allowed me to focus my head on good things and enjoy being in the moment, it helped me to feel great about myself and even though things were hard my self love and respect for myself started increasing again.
